I specialize in offering cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT) for PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I offer therapies with strong research evidence for effectiveness and safety, also known as evidence-based psychotherapies. Not only do I provide these therapies to my clients, I am also an international trainer and expert in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Prolonged Exposure therapy (PE) for PTSD, and the intersection of military culture and behavioral health issues.
I especially welcome military/veteran clients, with whom I have enjoyed over 15 yrs of experience. I also love incorporating the use of technology, such as telemental health, mobile apps, and virtual reality, into my work with clients.
